Maintenance

We offer professional air conditioning maintenance services, tailored to meet the needs of both residential and commercial clients. Whether you're looking for a one-off service or an annual plan, we have flexible options to suit everyone.
For domestic properties, we recommend servicing your AC unit once a year, ideally before the summer months, to ensure it’s running efficiently and to prevent any issues during peak usage.
For offices and businesses, we suggest once to twice-yearly servicing to accommodate the higher frequency of use. For critical areas like comms and plant rooms, we recommend a more frequent service schedule of two to three times a year, the engineer can determine once a site visit has been conducted.
Our team of expert engineers are always available to provide top-quality care for your air conditioning units, ensuring they perform at their best when you need them most.
How Often Should I Get My Air Conditioning Unit Serviced?

Regular servicing is essential to keep your air conditioning system running efficiently, extend its lifespan, and maintain optimal performance. For domestic properties, we recommend having your AC unit serviced once per year to ensure it operates smoothly and avoids unexpected breakdowns.

For commercial properties, twice-yearly servicing is advised in line with REFCOM regulations, helping businesses maintain energy efficiency, comply with legal requirements, and reduce the risk of costly downtime.

If you have a communications room or server room, which runs continuously throughout the year, we recommend three services annually to ensure consistent performance and prevent overheating or system failures.

Additionally, newly installed air conditioning systems require regular maintenance to uphold manufacturer warranties and ensure your investment remains protected. At Airconic Air Conditioning, our certified engineers provide professional servicing for domestic, commercial, and specialised environments across London and the Home Counties, keeping your systems reliable all year round.
What Does an AC Service Include?
A professional air conditioning service ensures your system runs efficiently and reliably throughout the year. During a typical service, our certified engineers will:

-
Inspect and clean filters, coils, and fans to improve airflow and performance.
-
Check refrigerant levels and top up if necessary to maintain cooling efficiency.
-
Examine electrical components, thermostats, and safety controls for proper operation.
-
Test system performance to ensure your AC is working optimally.
-
Identify any potential issues early to prevent costly breakdowns or downtime.

At Airconic Air Conditioning, our comprehensive servicing covers domestic, commercial, and specialised environments across London and the Home Counties, helping you maintain comfort and extend the life of your system.

Are Your Engineers Certified and REFCOM Registered?
Yes. All our engineers are fully certified and REFCOM registered, which means they meet UK legal requirements for handling refrigerants safely and professionally. This guarantees that all servicing, repairs, and installations are carried out to the highest standards, ensuring compliance, safety, and optimal system performance. Choosing a REFCOM-registered engineer also protects your warranty and gives you peace of mind that your air conditioning system is in expert hands.

How Much Does an Air Conditioning Service Cost?
The cost of an air conditioning service depends on how many units are on site and how many services are required per year. For example, a single visit for one domestic unit once per year starts at £110 + VAT.

Commercial properties or sites with multiple units typically require more frequent servicing—twice per year for standard commercial AC systems, and three times per year for communications/server rooms running continuously. Each additional unit or service visit will adjust the total cost, but at Airconic Air Conditioning, we always provide a clear, upfront quote before any work begins.

Regular servicing not only keeps your air conditioning units reliable but also helps improve efficiency, extend system lifespan, and prevent costly repairs down the line.
